We are back!!!

I know I have been a slacker on blogging this month. But so much has been going on! We just got back from our trip Saturday. And my camera got left behind....I know that is so unlike me, I about started to cry! But I will get some photos from my mother-in-law and post them when I can. I think I am going to post them in order of when they happend. So when you check back look through all of December's posts! It's good to be home but Im not gonna lie.....I miss the beach!! :) Hope everyone had a great Christmas!

Christmas at home

We finally made it home the day after Christmas (because of the bad snow storm Christmas morning we were stuck in Utah). We didn't really have our Christmas until the 27th because we were so tired when we got home. So after we took Austin to the doctor (and found out he has another ear infection) we came home and opened Austin and Aaron's presents.

Christmas in Utah

Every year on Christmas Eve the McLaughlan family has a big party where everyone gathers to eat, sing carols, and welcome Santa. And Austin wasn't to sure he like the big guy. He was ok for a second but quickly started bawling.

After he opened his Santa gift and saw it had wheels he finally clamed down.

Christmas morning we stayed with Grandma Dodie. It was really fun this year with Austin. He loved the wrapping paper.

He loved all of the books he got.

Vacation Time - Florida & The Bahamas

The McLaughlan Trio was able to enjoy a wonderful vacation, with the rest of the McLaughlan family, to Florida and The Bahamas. We look forward the family time every year. We are very blessed to have wonderful parents like Dan and Jan who want to spend time with the whole family and in fun, sunny places!

On December 12th we flew to Florida to spend a week in the condos (which were very very nice!!!). We were able to relax by the pool for a few days. The other days were adventured out to: Disney Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Epcot, and Sea World. Dan and Jan also decided to surprise us with a cruise to the Bahamas where we spend every second we could enjoy the clear blue ocean and white sandy beaches. It was heaven, and a much needed vacation.

Austin did a wonderful job. The was so easy to travel with. Every time the plane would take off he would fall right to sleep. I was so worried his ear infection would cause him problems. The following photos are on the plane.

This was Aaron's fav. part of the trip. Austin got to meet Meko and he LOVED him so much. It was too cute. He was squealling and smiling. He kept laughing at him and wanting to touch him. It was precious, you could have make a commercial out of it! :)
