Austin's 1 month old pictures

I can't believe how fast he is growing up. I finally took his 1 month old portraits last week and in 10 days he will already be 2 months old. He is really starting to fill out, his legs are getting chunky, I just hope he doesn't end up with my butt and thighs!! I even started to put away his newborn clothes because they were starting to get tight! It made me a little sad, but I am excited for the next stage. He is so much more alert and playful. Yesterday he was trying so hard to laugh. I love my little, "love bug"!

A fun Sunday afternoon

Yesterday our little trio enjoyed a wonderful Sunday together.

Austin made it through another sacrament meeting, even though all you could hear was babies screaming through the whole meeting...but not baby Austin. I swear he can slept through anything - just like his dad! After church we went to visit grandma Jan and grandpa Dan - Austin loves the attention he gets when he is over there.

Austin also got to try on his blessing outfit. He loves it. This outfit is very special, not only because it's his blessing outfit, but because it was also Aaron's blessing outfit. He looks so sweet!

"NO"

So yesterday mom was trying to capture Austin's smile on camera. Austin is all smiles until mom brings out that camera. I guess Austin had enough and he just told me "NO" it was funny! He is just so darn cute! I can already tell he will be just like his dad!

Easter Weekend...

It was Austin's first Easter and we think he enjoyed it! Friday night Aaron and I wanted to have our own little family Easter.

I know he loved his easter basket...

And he loved having his daddy home...

But I think he liked his Easter bunny and bottle the best!



Saturday morning we left for Utah to spend time with Aaron's family. It was a fun weekend. Aaron's family just loved Austin...in fact I didn't get to see much of him, everyone wanted to hold him. Austin was lovin his great grandpa, he kept smiling at him.




Austin's cousins were lovin him too. KarLee and Keagan always want to hold and play with him.

All of the grandkids painted eggs and had an Easter egg hunt, but Austin was to busy eating to even notice. (KarLee, Danee, Brealyn deacorating eggs)


As you can tell the McLaughlan trio had a wonderful Easter! And Austin thinks Easter is cool!

Starting to Blog...

Well I've decided to join the blogging craze and so here I am making a blog home. I am used to Myspace but Jenny said this Blogger site was fun so we will see. I just see it as another way to show off and brag about my handsome little boy! I just can't help myself!
